CIP system working principle:

Is to control the opening and closing of the steam valve by measuring the temperature sensor; to control the opening and closing of the water valve by measuring the level of the liquid through the pressure transmitter; to control the pneumatic diaphragm pump dosiong acid/alkali by measuring the conductivity meter.
The overall control process is water filling to the tank --acid tank (alkali tank ) PH adjust- water heating - hot water washing - alkali washing - hot water washing - acid washing - hot water washing.


System Includes:

Intelligent CIP system is as central integration system including WFI tank, CIP tank, plate heat exchanger, piping filter, transfer pimp, loop liquid pump, temperature controller, level controller, conduct inspection instrument, PLC touch screen, control cabinet and piping and valves etc.

Electrical:

We use dual power switches, pneumatic components, inverters, circuit breakers, contactors, etc. to ensure electrical stability and long life.

Control system:

Created for operators of every experience level, our integrated automation software is connected to a 10.1" touch screen interface, which gives operators an overview of the CIP system, including temperatures, pressures etc. Its performance is displayed in real time and, if there is a fault, the operator receives an immediate alert. If the automation solution is integrated in the line, the whole line can be viewed from one interface.

Processing order:
  1. The liquid level in the tank must be adjusted before operation.
  2. Cycling detergent must be released according to the switching of the flow valve. Wrong operation in the control system stops the cycling of detergent, operation will automatically stop.
  3. Water temperature is adjusted by thermal regulator.
  4. Air purge system starts working, most detergent can be recycled.
