CIP system(Cleaning in place),the purpose is is to remove product residues, bacteria, and other contaminants from processing equipment,ensure the quality safety of product .
Configuration of tank
1. Temperature self-control, control the opening size of the steam flow regulating valve by the outlet temperature probe detection value to ensure that the cleaning temperature is within the allowable range.
2. The cleaning fluid supply and the self-circulation switching automatic control are realized by the two-position three-way valve of the cleaning liquid outlet.
3. With a flow meter, the flow rate can be observed by observing the flowmeter value.
4. Add chemicals with a pneumatic diaphragm pump
5. A sampling valve is provided on each tank and return line to facilitate manual detection of the concentration of the cleaning solution.
6. All cleaning process parameters can be set on the touch screen on the electric control cabinet. The system automatically cleans according to the setup program.
7. All pneumatic valves have a manual opening function.
